How long does shipping take?

Your package will be shipped on the same or next working day. Shipping within Germany takes 2-3 working days, within the EU 5-7 working days & worldwide 1-4 weeks.

All orders are of course shipped insured with a tracking number. You will receive this by email.

Of course, we can only accept returns of products that are in the same condition as when purchased. Once we have checked your return, you will receive a refund via the original payment method.

Please note that the shipping costs for both the outward and return shipments are borne by the buyer. Your right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the delivery date.
